SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
How long do will they take to arrive to me once I've order them?
I do my best to ship the plushies within a week and a half after an adoption event. From the point of the post office recieving the package, it should take approximately...
US Shipping - 1 - 4 days
International Shipping - 2 - 4 weeks
I'd like a different name on my adoption certificate/shipping label/thank you card. What do I do?
If you are giving the plushie to a friend, or would like a different name on the adoption certificate, please reach out to me ASAP via my social media accounts, or via email @ liquidsunart.contact@gmail.com. In the message, please give me the name you want written on the adoption certificate, the name on the order, and the order number. I can also change the name on the thank you card, and shipping label if you wish, please just let me know.
I am pro LGBTQIA+, so if you are transgender/nonbinary and are nervous to approach me, I want it to be known you will NEVER be judged for the name you chose to idenitfy as.
My address is changing/I put the wrong address on my order. What do I do?
If you address is changing, please get in contact with me ASAP via social media or via email @ liquidsunart.contact@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and new address. If the package has not been shipped, I have no problem changing your address.
If it has, please go to your local post office and request your mail to be forwarded to your new address. Here is the information for US customers.
If your order gets sent back to me due to the inability to be delivered, i will happily ship the package back to you upon repaying the shipping cost.
If the package gets lost due to this issue, please file a claim with USPS so they can track down your package.
My package says it has been delivered but I don't have it/my package has not been delivered for a while after it should have been. What should I do?
Contact USPS ASAP to file for a missing mail claim. Once I bring the package to the USPS, I do not have any control over the delivering of the mail and cannot offer refunds due to the mistakes of USPS. If you need my help filing a claim, please do not hesistate to contact me.
In my experience, you may have to follow up and call the USPS to assure they stay on top of the investigation.
My plushie arrived damaged/fell apart. What do I do?
Please send me a message with a photo of the damaged plush to me on social media or via email @ liquidsunart.contact@gmail. If the plushie is damaged/broken within 15 days of arrival, I will happily fix them free of charge within the US, or depending on the issue with the plushie, I can instruct you on how to easily fix it at home.
If you are out of the US, please still contact me if you have an issue with your plushie so we can come to a resolution.

AVAILIBILITY:
How often do you have adoption events?
I tend to hold adoption events every two weeks at 6PM EDT. This of course may change on a given week. To stay up to date, follow my social media accounts. I also tend to post the new release date in the header bar of my website.
How many plushies do you release each adoption event?
I do my best to release between 18-25. I want you all to get plushies as much as you do, so I do my best do release as many as possible each week.
How do I know which plushies are going to be available each week?
I post on my social media accounts either the day of, or the day before how many of each plushie will be available. If you are looking ahead to adopt a certain plushie friend, you are free to message me on any of my social media accounts, or email me @ liquidsunart.contact@gmail.com.
I tend to know which plushies roughly a week before the update, but nothing is certain as it depends how my week prior has gone. You are always free to reach out and ask, and I'll do my best to answer!
I keep missing out on your adoption events. Is there anything I can do to improve my chances of adopting a plushie?
Yes! Here are my tips:
1. Set an alarm a few minutes before my adoption event to assure you are on the website early.
2. Have your credit card/payment method ready and set up.On google chrome, you can have the browser save your card so you just need to input your CVC code.
3. Make an accont on my website so your information is saved for checkout. You can do this here, or by clicking the person icon in the top right corner of my website by the cart icon.

Do you accept custom orders or plushie trades?
For the time being, I do not. This may change in the future, but I simply do not have the time.
HOW TO USE:
Are these plushies safe for children?
No, these are not safe for children under the age of 6 years old due to the use of safety eyes and buttons. These can be a choking hazard to your child.
How rough can I play with these plushies?
These plushies are entirely handmade, primarily via sewing machine with some handsewn aspects. This calls for them to be played with gently to avoid any damage to them.

How do I leave a review now that I've recieved my plushie?
Go to the product page of the plushie you have purchased, scroll to the bottom of their page and hit "write review". Only people who have purchased plushies should do this. Reviews are so helpful so other customers know how lovable the plushie ghouls are, and any potential issues that can occur!
ETC:
Do the plushies come with anything extra?
Yes! Each plushie ghoul comes with a personality card, a thank you card, and an adoption certificate. The adoption certificates do have your first name written on it.
Where do the personalities come from?
They are inspired by parts of myself, my loved ones, people I wish to meet, or people I feel like deserve representation. If you ever have ideas for a plushie ghoul, please feel free to reach out to me. It is not guranteed I will use the idea, but you are all so creative and I'm always amazed at what you come up with!
